fancy dress-up

Despite having a rough evening last night with a little bit of puking, you recovered well. You were saying were funny things despite having vomit decorating your body and nightie. You let us know you didn't really like throwing up and kept asking questions about where it comes from and why it comes out. You went through two full sets of bedding before dad offered his spot in mom and dad's bed for you to sleep. You were very excited and spent the night with mom in her bed. You didn't get much sleep since Ben woke you up at 6 a.m., but you felt special getting the extra attention.

You've also been very amused with the winter wear that was recently pulled off the closet shelf. Here you'll see yourself dressed with only scarves, neck warmers and ear warmers. You were pretending to be a scarf princess and mom was the scarf queen. We were a very nice princess and queen. We provided a few laughs for our neighbors that were returning home from work to see us modeling on the runway.

The Washington International Horse Show is going on in DC now and we were able to go see all the stables at the convention center and see the horses being groomed. You proudly pointed out "all things horse" you know: blazes, stars, reins, blankets, saddles, horseshoes, etc. You really wanted to stay all day.

We're getting ready for Halloween and a big trip back to Kansas which both excite you very much. More on those later fancy Scarf Princess.
