quick note

I just wanted to share something really funny that Eve has been doing the last few days. Bedtime has actually been a little difficult lately and we've been working through it, but one method of stalling you have is to keep talking and asking questions as we're walking out the door. Today you asked if you could tell me five things and I said if you could tell me as I walked out the door so you took a deep breath and said,
"I love you and my dad and my brother,
Are you not coming back in and my dad is not coming back in and my brother is not coming back in,
I feel bad but I don't want to feel better,
Can I kick my pink blanket off?,
I love you good night."

Then she took her next breath.

Kansas bound!

I am getting so excited. You and your family are coming to Kansas for Aunt Erin's wedding! I talked to you on the web cam last weekend and you said that you would give me a big hug when I picked you up at the airport! Everyone is counting the days until they see you. I have alot of plans for us. We are going to go swimming (Aunt Erin says she is taking you every day), and we will go to the park and to the library. Grama is really busy getting ready for your visit. I am cleaning my house and getting your toys out! Amos and Harley the Cat are also very excited to see you. All of your aunts and uncles want to spend some fun times with you. We are all going to wear you out!
